We chose to elope because it felt like the most intimate and meaningful decision for us. The process in Colorado was simple and straightforward, making it easier to plan without the added complications of coordinating a larger event. Given that it would be challenging to ask family and friends to travel here, eloping allowed us to focus on our commitment to each other without worrying about logistics. Financially, it was the practical choice, and we avoided the stress that often comes with traditional weddings. Ultimately, at this point in our lives, eloping felt like the best decision, allowing us to celebrate in a way that was perfect for us.
